Getting There

AIRPORTS

You can John F. Kennedy International Airport, Other One, Other One. If you are coming from the city, you can take AMTRAK to X although we would recommend driving up if you are able.

Text me if you need help coordinating anything!

Where to Stay

HOTELS

Our shuttles will go down Warren Street and pick everyone up to bring them to the church, and drop off at the end of the night. We have room blocks at The Amelia and The Wick.

If you would like to stay at another hotel or at an Airnbnb you can definitely do that! I would recommend staying somewhere close to the shuttle stops, but if you would like to stay somewhere a bit farther away we are happy to share the information for a taxi company, or you can arrange transportation through the concierge.

How to Get Around

SHUTTLES

Shuttle transportation will be provided for the wedding day. Pick up will be available at both Troutbeck and Rhinebeck at 1:00pm, transportation will take you from the ceremony to the venue, and transportation will take you back to your original pick-up location. There will be two rounds of drop-offs at night – one after the first dance, and one at the end of the night. If you would like to arrange your own transportation, you can easily part at all locations or you can use a taxi company of hotel concierge drivers.

Activities

Walk Down Warren Street

HUDSON

Since most guests are staying on or near Warren Street in Hudson, this is the perfect spot because it has everything! A few things we love:

The Maker Hotel: Great place to get drinks

Mel The Baker: Amazing pasteries

Olde Hudson: Really good sandwiches and specialty grocery store

The Antique Warehouse: While I can't say John likes going here, it's huge and a lot of fun to shop

Feast and Floret: Great place for dinner

Poured Candle Bar: You can make your own candles and perfume

Millbrook

THE TOWN

Walk around Millbrook. There is a really great antique store and cute little shops.
